Ron Williams, CAVC chairman, presided over the final Armed Forces Day Parade Committee meeting for 2009, held June 9, 2009 at 11:30 AM in the Cristal Room of the Choo Choo.  Carl Levi said he would manage parade luncheon sales and arrangements one more year and then retire.  He also pointed out there was a conflict in deciding to hold or cancel the parade May 1.  On a motion, the CAVC chairman each year would be the final authority.
